Jonah 2:4-6

4 So I said, ‘I have been (A)driven away from [a]Your sight.
Nevertheless I will look again (B)toward Your holy temple.’
5 (C)Water encompassed me to my very soul.
The great (D)deep surrounded me,
Weeds were wrapped around my head.
6 I (E)went down to the [b]base of the mountains.
The earth with its (F)bars closed behind me forever,
But You have (G)brought up my life from [c]the pit, O Yahweh my God.
